CHENNAI CHILD

“You can take the girl out of a city…but you can’t take the city out of her’’

As the saying goes, so was the case with Roopa. Her Chennai upbringing played a very important role in shaping her personality. Roopa, daughter of Mr.A.K.V.Prasadh & Mrs.Manjulaa Prasad born, brought up and educated in Chennai, completed her schooling at Vidyodaya Girls Higher Secondary School and graduated from Ethiraj College. She was a bright student academically and her leadership quality was something she imbibed right from her tender age, making her the head Girl in school and the cultural secretary in college.

She was very active as a child and was always enthusiastic and ever ready to learn and explore new things. As she grew to be a young adult, the compassionate and helping nature which she inherited from her Paternal grandmother & father grew stronger making her a very giving person, so much so that she always put the needs of others first. Her Strong,Independent,Empathetic and Helping nature makes her stand apart.

Her first entrepreneurial venture was when she was as little as eleven, where she started a lending library with the home collection of books she had. And there was no looking back there after.

Coming from a lineage of forefathers who were blue blood, royalty comes to her naturally and she plays along effortlessly.

Being the eldest of 3 girls, she always played the perfect sister in nurturing her younger sisters like a mother, always watching out for them. She leads them as a  friend, philosopher and guide and their bond is a blessing.

Married to Mr.Ram Mahon Maganti, Son of Mr.Maganti Murali Mohan & Mrs.Maganti Vijayalakshmi, She moved to Hyderabad after her marriage and has a daughter named Raaga Maganti.
